Yoga without the mysticism

I teach yoga as a physical practice—one that's rooted in breath and alignment. It can be meditative, sure, but it doesn't have to be transcendent. Sometimes it's just about getting stronger, moving better, or taking an hour for yourself. That's enough.

My approach

I care about good alignment and safe movement. I don't care about perfect poses or Instagrammable shapes. Every class is designed to help you understand your body better and move with more awareness. I keep classes small so I can actually see what you're doing and offer real feedback.

Off the mat

Movement is one piece of wellness, not the whole thing. Rest matters. So does eating well, sleeping enough, and not pushing yourself into the ground. My job is to help you build a practice that supports your life—not one that adds stress to it.

I've been teaching yoga for over ten years. I've trained in multiple traditions, worked with everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners, and taught in studios, retreats, and corporate settings. I'm not here to sell you a lifestyle.
