Small group classes, max 12 people. I teach alignment-based vinyasa and slower-paced practices. You'll get personalized attention even in a group setting, and classes are structured so all levels can participate.

One-on-one sessions tailored to what you're working on—whether that's injury recovery, building strength, stress management, or just getting started with yoga. I'll create sequences specifically for your body and goals.

Retreats
A few times a year, I host small weekend retreats in beautiful locations. Morning and evening practices, good meals, optional hikes or free time. It's a chance to unplug, rest, and deepen your practice without the pressure.
